I saw Shan because I was having a knee and a neck problem as I started to get back into shape. He recognized almost immediately that my knee cap was high and performed some very deep massage to release my quad and give me back full motion in my knee. As for my neck… I know I’ll have to be back because he got into knots that other massage, PT, and chiropractors have never come close to touching! I’m sure he can do a relaxing massage but if you need WORK on your body, come see him!
